Pulse Wallet — Generative City Wallet

A privacy-first mobile prototype that composes location, weather, nearby places, events, time, and on-device preferences into one explainable local offer.

Offer generation currently uses a deterministic local fallback; only a small redemption API is included. It is presented as a prototype, not a shipped AI backend or payment product.
