Architected and coded the full digital stack for LagreeMi—the new Lagree-Method Pilates brand. Deliverables included a JAMstack marketing site, a headless CMS for instructor bios and class schedules, and a real-time booking portal that syncs with Mariana Tek while processing payments via Stripe. I also shipped a PWA companion app with push-notification reminders, plus analytics hooks for conversion tracking. The pre-launch captured 300+ paid class reservations in its first month.
Built a HIPAA-ready website for a high-risk pregnancy practice spanning Pasadena, Burbank, Downtown LA, and Lancaster. Key features include: a geo-aware appointment scheduler that routes patients to the nearest clinic, secure e-consent & intake forms with encryption-at-rest, and a physician-authored knowledge base optimized for medical schema and Core Web Vitals. A decoupled content layer lets staff publish alerts in minutes while static generation keeps pages ultra-fast for anxious parents on mobile.

Engineered a cinematic online boutique for couture designer Anahit Ghazaryan. The build features a bespoke catalog (ready-to-wear, haute couture, brooches), VIP appointment scheduling, and a style-consultation workflow. I crafted custom modules for runway-style lookbooks, parallax editorial pages, multi-currency checkout, and global shipping rules—all optimized for lightning mobile performance and SEO in the Beverly Hills “Golden Triangle.”
Built a luxury jewelry e-commerce platform with three proprietary modules: (1) a live-gold-price engine that recalculates product prices daily by gram weight via cron-driven API calls; (2) a mobile-exclusive Tawk.to chat layer that auto-loads only on handheld breakpoints to boost Core Web Vitals; and (3) a full Progressive Web App shell with service-worker caching and install banners for iOS/Android. The stack also includes AR try-on, engraving options, QuickBooks sync, and COPPA/GDPR compliance.

Crafted a minimalist, story-driven portfolio for Los Angeles architect Armen Erdoglyan. The build blends full-screen project galleries, masonry image grids, and scroll-triggered GSAP animations. A streamlined CMS lets the architect publish new projects or update résumé sections instantly, while a Netlify-secure contact form streams inquiries straight to Slack. Static generation keeps the site ultra-fast, scoring 95-plus on Lighthouse even with high-resolution drawings and motion studies.
End-to-end build of a premium aromatherapy store. I developed a custom WordPress theme with Elementor, powered it by WooCommerce for product management, and integrated Slider Revolution hero sections, Contact Form 7, and Site Kit/GA4 tracking. The result is a sleek, waterless-diffuser marketplace with curated oil blends, fast mobile UX, and blog-driven SEO.

Highlights include: dynamic before-&-after galleries with lazy-loaded Retina images, a HIPAA-secure consultation-booking flow (pre-op questionnaire + e-sign consent), and procedure pages structured with medical FAQ schema for SEO. Custom-built WordPress site for a vocal & dance teacher–songwriter. I designed and configured a bespoke theme, set up Elementor page templates, optimized performance/SEO, and integrated Contact Form 7 plus Google Tag Manager.
